The surround sound works well, I hear people front he correct direction usually, so that's great.
I my battery still lasts a decent amount of time, and you can replace it if it doesn't. They are comfortable, and until I had the hub problem worked flawlessly. Lavo, I have had my headset for over 2 years now.

I bricked my receiver int he process of trying to update this and had to buy a new one, but I'm back with my headset, hope this helps people. Can anyone else comfirm this works for others that had this problem? Put it into a dedicated usb port, not a shared hub, and it worked perfectly all of yesterday. I think it has something to do with that? I'm not sure, because no where through my talk to Logitech support, resetting everything (including my computer) did I find a fix. Before I was using a USB hub with my headphone receiver, mouse and keyboard all in one.
